What she knows

Uses a mobile card reader connected to her phone. Knows it mostly works, and knows what to do when it does not: ask for a bank transfer and follow up later.

How she feels

Practical, slightly tired, not unfriendly. Cautious about anything new unless it clearly makes her life easier.

She might ask

•“If a client's home has no signal, does it still work?”
•“How do I know the payment actually went through?”
•“Do I need to buy new hardware for this?”
